4 Steps to Order Your Custom Letterman Jacket
Follow the steps below to make your letterman jacket order as efficient as possible.
1. Utilize our online design tool to choose jacket body color and create your unique full back design and front text.
You will specify your exact jacket colors (body, sleeves, trim, etc.) when placing your order at our store. Take a look
at our jacket gallery to get ideas from other student's back designs that have been done in the past. We can also
create custom designs based from a drawing or photo that you submit. Don't worry if you are not able to create
your back design exactly how you want it. Get the design as close as possible and include any additional notes that
tells us what you envisioned. You may also want to include photos for design & color reference, such as your team
uniform or school specific mascot.
2. Use the email function in the design tool to email your proof to info@yoursandminesports.com .
We also suggest you email the design to yourself so that you have a proof to refer to and make changes if
needed.
3. Request a Letterman Jacket Appointment with us to get custom fitted for your jacket, submit
patches (use patch form), and go over all embroidery lettering and design details. You can also utilize our
front layout form & back layout form in addition to our online design tool if needed. Walk ins also welcome.
4. At least a 50% Deposit is typically required to start your order. Standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks,
although peak ordering months (Nov - Jan) can possibly require an additional 2 weeks.

| All prices listed below are the Suggested Retail Price. Prices may vary per Store. There is a $40 Standard Design Set Up Fee for all jackets. You can choose graphics from the two different library of images below. Graphics can have minor customization such as your team colors and jersey number. (Digitizing is the process to convert standard artwork to a format that the embroidery machine understands) (Vector images have not been previously digitized for embroidery) There is a $80 Advanced Design Set Up Fee for designs from the above library links that require major adjustments such as, changing positioning of arms or legs, changing the head or torso and recreating specific uniform designs. There is a $150 Premium Design Set Up Fee for customer supplied pictures or drawings. (See Example) The price to embroider the back design (in addition to design set up fee) is based on the amount of stitches (per thousand) it takes to create the design(s).
Below is an example of how the process works.
The above layout is an example of the Advanced Design Set Up Fee ($80) due to changing the football player's head to a viking head. In addition to the Set Up Fee The BLAZE text was $40 per line and the center design was an above average 175,000 stitches.
