- Choosing the jacket colors is the first step when ordering your jacket. You can
choose the standard jacket colors for your school or create a "new style" with the
colors that you prefer. We can produce jackets for all schools with just about any
color scheme you desire. - The next step is trying on a jacket to determine the correct size (anticipate body
growth depending on year in school). - After choosing the color and size of the jacket, you then determine the location of
patches to be applied. - When you are ready to design your jacket, the first step is to is to download and print
our step by step Jacket Builder Guide, then go to our LiveDesigner and start the
process.

Jacket size:
Anticipate growth depending on the number of years in school are remaining.
XS-30 / S-34 / M-38 / L-42 / XL-46 / XXL-50 / 3XL-54 / 4XL-58 / 5XL-62 / 6XL-64
If you are over 6'3 you will need a Long; If you are over 6'6 you will need an XLong
(Shorts are 2" shorter in body/sleeve - Longs are 2" longer in body/sleeves)
(X-Longs are 4" longer in body/sleeves)

Patch Layout Options:
Patches are assigned a layout
number by utilizing the Patch
Layout image. If you have more
patches than the layout allows, list
the additional patches in the
Additional Instructions box on the
Letterman Jacket/Patch Layout Form.
Note: If you are ordering your jacket
online, you will need to have your
patches sewn on your jacket by one
of your local seamstress.
